How to Import a Photo into Standard

Instead of always having to take your photos with a webcam, AlphaCard Visitor Pass allows you to directly import existing photos to a visitor record.

Importing Photos

1. Select the visitor record that needs the photo.
2. Go to the Photo Tab.
3. Click Import Photo.
4. Browse to the file location of the photo, and click Open.
5. Crop the Image as needed. Once done, click OK.
6. The visitor should now have a copy of the photo on their record.
