How To Duplicate Your ID Template in Standard

For schools, having multiple but similar designs is helpful when creating a template for each grade or teachers and staff. AlphaCard School ID Standard allows for easy duplication of templates, so you aren’t starting over from scratch every time that you need a new template.

Duplicate a Template

1. Choose the template you want to duplicate.
2. Click on the Configuration tab.
3. Click on Duplicate Template.
4. A new window will pop up. You can now rename the template.
5. Your duplicated template will now show up in the Templates window.
