How to Take or Import a Photo in Professional

For almost all schools, Photo Identification cards are a requirement. AlphaCard School ID Professional easily allows you to either take a photo with a connected web camera, or import the photo from an existing source.

How to Take or Import a Photo

1. To take or import a photo, first select the record that you want the photo associated with.
2. Once that is done, go to the Photo Tab in the software.
3. If you have a web camera connected to the computer, simply click the take photo button to open communication with the camera and capture a photo.
4. If you have an existing image that you want to import instead, click the Import Photo button. Browse to the location of the image and click okay to import it.
