How to Resolve a Ribbon not Detecting on a DTC400e
If your DTC400e ID card printer is not properly recognizing your ribbon, either by not recognizing the type of ribbon or acknowledging that a ribbon has been replaced, you will need to update the printer firmware and driver.

How to Resolve a Ribbon not Detecting
- Try a different ribbon.
