If your cards keep jamming when you try to print with your Fargo DTC1250e printer, there are several steps you can take to resolve the issue.

How to Resolve Card Jams

1. Update your printer’s drivers and firmware to the newest versions.
2. Update the printer firmware.
3. Clean the printer.
4. Try different card stock.
5. Verify that you have the correct power supply and it is not plugged into a surge protector.
