How to resolve Mechanical Error on P330i
If your P330i card printer is displaying a mechanical error , take the following steps.
Please Note: The Zebra P330i has been discontinued by the manufacturer. If you need a new printer, the AlphaCard System Selector can help you find the best printer for your needs.
Resolving Mechanical Error
- Update your printer driver and firmware to the latest
- Check that you are using the correct card type
- Ensure that two cards are not being fed into the printer
- Check that there is not a card stuck inside printer and the ribbon is not broken.
- Run a cleaning cycle.
