To apply this firmware file, go to your Windows Start Menu. Then to Control Panel. Then to Devices and Printers. Right click on the AlphaCard Printer and go to Printer Properties. Then go to the Tools tab. On the tools tab, go to the browse button next to the Print .prn File option. Then browse for the firmware. Then click execute to upload.
