How to Require Document Signing in Secure
Some secure facilities may want to require all people invited into the facility to sign a document (including non-disclosure agreements, waiver, etc). This process can be handled from within AlphaCard Visitor Pass.
How to Require Document Signing
Document Signing is controlled on an event by event basis. If you are unsure on how to set up events please consult Setting up Events.
Document signing also requires that the documents are created and loaded into AlphaCard Visitor Pass before the guests sign in. If you have not done this please consult setting up sign-in documents.
Once you have the documents created and loaded into the software, you can either add the documents during event creation or at any time before the start time of the event.
- Go to the Events tab at the bottom of AlphaCard Visitor Pass.
- Select the event you want to edit.
- Click Edit Event.
- Click Select Documents.
- On the left hand side will be a list of all of your created documents (if this list is blank, please make sure the document was created and uploaded successfully). Select the document and then click Add to add it to the selected document list for the event.
- Click Accept to save these changes.
Now upon check in, every visitor will be prompted to read and sign the selected documents.
