How to Create and Edit Records in Standard
AlphaCard School ID Standard strives to make it easy to add additional people into your database, so you can simply and quickly print their ID.
How to Create and Edit Records
- To create a new record, simply click the New button at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter in all of the database fields that you need.
- Click the insert button to save the record to the Database.
- The record will now appear in the list of names, and you can print their badge.
- To edit an existing record, select the record in the list of names.
- Then simply type the update needed into the database fields.
- Then click update to save the changes to the database.
