How to Import and Export Templates in Professional

Importing and exporting templates will allow you to move the design from computer to computer, or to back up the template onto a server or file share.

How to Import and Export Templates

1. To Import or export a template, first go to the Configuration tab.
2. The click the Import or Export Template option as needed.
3. Both will prompt you to browse to a location that you either want to import the template from, or export it to. Once you have a location selected, click open.
4. AlphaCard School ID will then prompt you to select which templates you want to import or export. Click Ok. Your templates should now be imported or exported.
