The main function of AlphaCard Visitor Pass is to quickly look up and check in visitors. AlphaCard Visitor Pass Entry allows for limited customization, but it can make it easier to find records.
How to Customize Record Lookup Fields
AlphaCard Visitor Pass Entry limits the record lookup field to any or all of four pre-assigned fields:
- ID
- First Name
- Last Name
- Representing
To set up your custom lookup fields, follow these steps.
- By clicking the down arrow in the Visitors Field, you can set which fields are searchable.
- Once these are set, you can search by typing the information you want into the search field.
- Any information entered into the search box will automatically search all available fields.
