Fixing User Interface Issues in Standard

When working with AlphaCard Visitor Pass it is possible to reorganize and hide large portions of the user interface. If this is done accidentally, it is possible that the software can become unusable. Please follow these instructions to if you need to fix your software interface.

Fix User Interface Issues

Thankfully, correcting any visual User Interface issues within AlphaCard Visitor Pass is fairly simple.

1. Click on the view tab at the top of your screen.
2. Click on Restore View.
3. Click Restore Default.

The software should now be the factory default. If your user interface is still not correct, this could be an underlying issue with either the software or with Windows itself. Please contact AlphaCard technical support.
