Setting Up Visitor Groups in Secure

Visitor groups allow you to easily filter the database or mass check in an entire group. Before you can do this, however, you will need to create the group and add visitors to it.

How to Create Visitor Groups

  1. Go to the Home tab.
  2. Click on Groups.
  3. Click the New icon.
  4. You can then give the Group a name and description. Click Save.
  5. Click on the Select Members button.
  6. Add visitors to the group by clicking on the visitor and then the Add button.
  7. Once you have all of the visitors added to the group, click the Accept icon.
  8. The visitors in the group will show up in the Visitor Window.
