How to Customize Record Lookup Fields in Secure

The main function of AlphaCard Visitor Pass is to quickly look up and check in visitors. AlphaCard Visitor Pass Secure allows for a fully configurable record lookup field to make the lookup process easier.

How to Customize Record Lookup Fields

  1. To begin, you need to designate which fields you want to search by. To do this, go to the Configuration tab.
  2. Select the Look-up Dolumns drop down option.
  3. Check each field you want to search by.
  4. Once you have selected each of the fields you want, go to the drop down arrow in the top right hand corner of the visitors pane.
  5. Click each of the fields you want available.
  6. Once you have selected all of the fields, the search box above the visitor information will search all loaded fields simultaneously.

However, if you do not want to have to type in information for each user, AlphaCard Visitor Pass Secure allows for automatic searching and check in/out functionality.
