Fixing Incorrect Badge Template Printing in Entry

If AlphaCard Visitor Pass starts producing cards that are not the design that you want, most likely the default card design has changed.

How to Select the Default Template

1. To check the template design that is currently selected, look at the preview in the bottom left hand corner of your screen.
2. If this is not the correct design, then you need to load the correct template into the software. To begin click on the Configuration Tab.
3. Click on Select Badge.
4. A browser Window will open. Browse to the CEDX file you would like to use and then click open.
