How to update firmware on P110i

When upgrading operating systems, it is important to upgrade the firmware on your printer as well, to ensure the best compatibility possible.

Please Note: The Zebra P110i has been discontinued by the manufacturer. If you need a new printer, the AlphaCard System Selector can help you find the best printer for your needs.

How to Update Firmware

To upgrade the firmware on your Zebra p110i, you first need to download the latest firmware, found here: https://www.zebra.com/us/en/support-downloads/printers/card/p110i.html

Once you have saved the file onto your computer, go to your windows start menu, then select devices and printers.

Right click on the option for your Zebra P110i Card Printer, and select Printer Properties.

In Printer Properties, select the Device Settings tab, and then click on F/W Download and then click on the properties box to the right of the name.

Once you have that file selected, click the Start Firmware Download button to send the firmware file to the printer.
