As part of Zebra Eltron’s Performance Line, the Zebra P330i is capable of producing highly secure, multifunctional ID cards. One of the machine’s greatest benefits is its ability to build badges that utilize the latest in RFID technology. Also known as proximity cards, RFID cards contain information that can be read when held next to, or waved across special RFID readers. These cards are commonly used for access control.

The P330i also offers an option for integrated smart card encoding which can be accessed by either a USB or Ethernet connection. With this option, the user can produce highly sophisticated contact smart cards that support the ISO/IEC 7816 standard. The Ethernet connection provides added convenience by enabling multiple authorized users to share a single printer/encoder.
