PassagePoint Express visitor management software makes it easy to design visitor badges and keep detailed records of all visitor information. Get access to records for all current visitors, any visitors from earlier in the day, and visitors registered to come in later that day.
A simple drag and drop interface makes it easy to design visitor or staff badges in just a few steps. PassagePoint Express allows you to store multiple card templates, so you can have specific badge designs for different types of visitors and employees. When adding new visitors to your database you can choose to type in their information or add multiple visitors at once with the handy list import feature to save time.

Easy Employee Time & Attendance Tracking
- Print 1D and 2D barcodes on the visitor passes so cards can be quickly scanned when entering or existing the building
- Kiosk Mode allows visitors to register themselves and check in and out at a self-serve station
With PassagePoint Express, you can also turn your employee ID cards into an easy time and attendance tracking program. By simply swiping or scanning the barcode on employee ID cards, you can keep accurate records of when employees clock in and out for breaks, lunch, and at the end of the day.
Optional Photo Capture Upgrade
The basic PassagePoint Express software does not include cardholder photos in your card designs. If you will be using the software to design employee time cards, permanent visitor ID badges, or other ID cards that require photos, you will need the photo capture license.
To run PassagePoint Express visitor management software on your computer you need Windows XP, Vista, or 7 with a duo core processor and a minimum of 2 GB RAM (4GB recommended) and 1GB minimum (2GB recommended) hard disk space.
