AlphaCard ID Suite v.10 Print Server Manager - DISCONTINUED

AlphaCard ID Suite Print Server Manager is specifically designed for large organizations that use multiple work stations and printers by balancing the print load to ensure quick and efficient printing with up to 25 ID card printers. When installed on a network server, the software and printers are easily accessible by multiple users.

To use AlphaCard ID Suite Print Server Manager, the software comes bundled with AlphaCard ID Suite Print Server and Business Server software. The Print Server Manager makes it easy for multiple users to print to multiple ID card printers by gathering all print requests and distributing them to the printers based on the number of print requests, the number of printers available, and the printer features required to print the design.

Business Server is available for Standard, Professional, or Elite Editions only. Standard Edition is designed for medium to large organizations printing basic, secure cards. Professional Edition gives you more flexibility connecting external databases with MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, ODBC/OLE connectivity. Elite Edition includes advanced security features and multiple external database connections.

When using the Business Server, users can either share one central database with all the cardholder information or have individual databases saved locally on each computer. All users will have access to the connected ID card printers.

AlphaCard ID Suite Print Server Manager is compatible with all PVC card printers. AlphaCard ID Suite is not currently supported on Tablets or Surfaces. System requirements: 32 or 64 bit Windows Operating System (Windows XP, Vista, 7, or 8), Server Operating System (Windows 2003 Server, 2005 Server, 2008 R2 Server, 2012 Server, or Citrix and Terminal Systems), Explorer 6 or higher, Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0, dual core processor, 1024 MB of free internal memory, 200 MB of free disk space, and an internet connection for automatic activation and online help files.

Note: AlphaCard ID Suite Print Server Manager comes with five licenses only. Additional licenses can be purchased in bundles of five. The Print Server Manager Edition allows the software to be installed on an unlimited number of computers and used on five computers concurrently.
