HID Global is previewing a bevy of new technologies at ISC West. One area of focus is the company’s next-generation Edge Evo card reader line. The modular Edge Evo reader offers the flexibility to adapt for a variety of access control applications.

Another card reader technology on display is the multiCLASS Magnetic Stripe reader line, which is geared towards customers looking to upgrade from a magnetic stripe card system to one featuring the enhanced security of 13.56 MHz smart cards. HID multiCLASS Magnetic Stripe readers can handle both, allowing you to transition at your own pace.
The company is also showing off its line of Genuine HID technology cards. These cards enable users to seamlessly manage multiple applications using a single credential that contains a variety of technologies. Because of the flexibility they provide, Genuine HID cards are well-suited for migration projects.
