Starter Visitor Management System: This budget-friendly solution for smaller visitor management programs prints temporary adhesive visitor badges with the Dymo LabelWriter thermal printer. The adhesive badges expire after twelve hours, making it easy to identify who is no longer allowed on campus. The system also comes with AlphaTrack Standard visitor management software for easy record keeping, and an optional handheld barcode scanner.
Standard Visitor Management System: The Standard system offers another step-up from the Starter option, allowing you to print durable PVC ID cards for tracking visitors, employees, or equipment. The system includes the Magicard Enduro+ ID card printer, AlphaTrack Standard software, and printing supplies. The Enduro+ allows you to add a standard secure watermark to each printed card at no additional cost. Add a camera to the system to include photos of each of your visitors, or a handheld barcode scanner for tracking.
Premium Visitor Management System: This system offers top-of-the-line visitor management with the high-performance, secure Magicard Rio Pro ID card printer, AlphaTrack Professional software, and printing supplies. The Rio Pro comes with Custom HoloKote, allowing you to add a custom secure watermark to each printed card at no extra cost. Add a camera to the system to include photos of each of your visitors, or choose from a variety of data capture devices to add functionality to the system.
