The University of Dallas has upgraded the way it distributes financial aid money and reimbursements to students with convenient cashless cards. Replacing the archaic paper check system saves resources, staff time and gets money into students’ hands faster.

Until recently the University used a labor-intensive and lengthy process that prolonged student access to funds. The new system allows students quicker access to money needed to pay for tuition, books and room and board. Universities around the country are moving toward student ID programs with cashless payment cards that allow easy deposits and payment for goods and services around campus.
