The Magicard printer is built with a powerful print engine which enables Rio Pro to produce large batches of cards in a timely manner. High-quality prints are ensured with advanced color control through ICC profiles and edge-to-edge printing. These cards don’t just look good, they’re functional too. The Rio Pro can encode barcodes, magnetic stripes, contact and contactless cards for a truly multifunctional card program. The Rio Pro can be field-upgraded at any time for dual-sided printing, allowing the printer to grow with the needs of your organization.
The Rio Pro offers a convenient card printing process, thanks to input and output hoppers and an easy to read four-line display. Wide compatibility is offered with a built-in USB port and Ethernet connectivity to a variety of Windows platforms. To help protect against counterfeit attempts, the Rio Pro can produce HoloKote during the printing process. HoloKote is a no-cost watermark overlay that makes cards difficult to replicate.
