High-Quality Card PrintingIf your cards include cardholder photos or company logos where accurate colors are important, the Magicard 600's optimized color profiles allow you to print a wide range of colors that are more vibrant and rich.
With the Magicard 600, Ethernet and WiFi connectivity also come standard to fit into any office or printing environment.
Secure ID Cards with HoloKoteAs with all Magicard printers, the 600 comes with the built-in HoloKote system to print a secure watermark across the face of every card. This makes it easier to identify authentic cards and harder to tamper with or duplicate cards. Choose from ten standard designs that come pre-loaded into the printer driver.
The Magicard 600 also supports Custom HoloKote, where you can create your own custom watermark image or text for even more card security. With the Magicard 600 you can add up to 10 Custom HoloKote designs (one Custom HoloKote is included free with purchase). Using the printer driver you can easily switch between Custom HoloKote designs.
When combined with Magicard HoloPatch cards, one section of the HoloKote watermark is highlighted to create a high-visibility seal.
Additional Built-in Security FeaturesTo protect your cardholder and business data, Magicard has added two important security features to the 600 printer: digital shredding and security scans.
With digital shredding, the data sent to your card printer for each print job is fragmented after use so your printer cannot be used to see what has been printed and access your cardholder information.
To protect the printer from outside threats, the Magicard 600 also runs security scans with Nessus Pro, a widely used comprehensive vulnerability assessment tool, and regularly updates the printer's software and system to maintain security.
