Recording contractor insurances and ensuring that the correct people are aware when an insurance policy document is set to expire is important to minimizing risk for your organization. With your Contractor Management Setup we will configure your account to notify you when one of your contractors insurance policies are nearing expiration. We will configure your policy expiration notifications to notify the internal employees of your choice as well as the contractor or policy owner if desired.
Contract Induction & Training
Do you need to supply training to your contractors and have them acknowledge them? CloudBadging Location Management allows you to educate your visiting contractors on your policies and procedures before they can finish checking in. They can be required to review specified training on a one time or reoccurring basis. Your setup includes the configuration of up to 10 slides of e-learning or education courses as well as the alerts and upcoming renewal dates to go along with them.
Each contactor management setup includes an hour dedicated to reviewing your account and training you how to make future changes, run reports, and answer any question you may have.
