When printing your own ID cards doesn't accommodate your business plan, ID Cards On Demand is available to help. Printing your own cards can be costly and time-consuming and require staff members to be trained on the software and equipment. For some small businesses, it doesn't make sense to own a complete ID card system. For larger entities, there may be a need to print large batches of ID cards that they aren't able to handle. Whether you?re a small business or a large business, AlphaCard's Internal Service Bureau custom card printing services can help print the ID cards your company needs.

AlphaCard offer the choice of 6 pre-designed plastic ID cards. If you're unable to find what you're looking for, we also provide in-house design services, so your business gets the recognition it needs. While some corporations need designs on only the front of their cards, others may require designs for the back of the card. 2 preset designs are included for the back of your card. For added visibility, the option to duplicate the front of your card onto the back of your card.

Two types of printing options are provided with your ID Cards On Demand:

• Standard Printing - Direct to card printing that leaves a small white border around the edges of your card:
• High Definition Printing - Retransfer, full bleed printing that leaves no border around the edges of your card. Ideal for cards that require small text and photographic-quality images.

Minimum order quantity: 100 cards

Some plastic ID cards, like membership cards and gift cards don't necessarily require a slot punch. But other ID badges like corporate and government ID cards require more visibility. These cards are typically attached to a badge accessory and require a slot punch to be worn throughout the day. ID Cards On Demand offers the option to have no slot punch, add a slot punch and use your own accessory, or to add a slot punch with your choice of the following badge accessories: strap clip, lanyard, badge reel, badge reel and lanyard combo.

ID Cards on Demand Ordering Process

1. Select/enter information in the fields above. Please refer to the image guide when choosing your designs and styles:
2. Choose a design for the front of your card. For custom designs, you will be contacted by a service representative after your order is placed for details.
3. Choose design for back of card.
4. Choose printing type. Please note: standard printing will leave a small white border around the card. High definition printing is full bleed and will not leave a white border around the card.
5. Choose slot punch and accessory option. If you have your own badge accessory attachment, please select the option to have your card slot punched.
6. Enter contact information.
