Many university student ID cards are used to access various buildings and programs around campus, from gyms to cafeterias. Students at the University of Pittsburg, however, can also use their student ID cards to gain free entrance into local museums and cultural events.
Panther Cards, the name of University of Pittsburg ID cards, give students free admission into several local attractions including the Phipps Conservatory. Adding extra convenience, Panther Cards may also be used with the Port Authority’s new electronic payment system.
Students can sign up for email alerts of events around the city, and also have access to discounted student tickets.
