AlphaCard Visitor Pass Editions

AlphaCard Visitor Pass visitor management software comes in several editions, designed to work for small organizations up to secure multi- building campuses. Choose from these software editions:

  • AlphaCard Visitor Pass Entry – the Entry edition is the most basic, designed for small organizations and those who are looking for easy-to-use software to check visitors in and out
  • AlphaCard Visitor Pass Standard – this mid-level edition will work for most organizations and includes event creation and guest list management, several built-in visitor reports, and the ability to check in visitors using barcodes, magnetic stripe cards, or ID scan
  • AlphaCard Visitor Pass Secure – the most advanced version, Secure has the most built-in reporting options, the ability to email guests their event confirmation, and can check guests in using barcodes, magnetic stripe cards, ID scan, or fingerprint
  • AlphaCard Visitor Pass Kiosk – requires a Secure license to work, designed for automated guest check in desks
  • AlphaCard Visitor Pass Secure Client – requires a Secure license to work, designed for multiple staffed check in desks

How an AlphaCard Visitor Pass Subscription Works

Unlike our AlphaCard ID Suite or AlphaCard ID Builder card design software, AlphaCard Visitor Pass will use a subscription payment model. When you purchase the software you can choose between a monthly or annual subscription; your card on file will be automatically billed based on your subscription.

An active AlphaCard Visitor Pass subscription comes with our expert technical support:
