Once you receive your new equipment, a quick call to our technical support professionals will set up the free hour of training. In that hour you will go over connecting the printer, available features in the ID card software, the basics of card design, and how to print a card. Our team will also help you design and print a sample card. Depending on which software and printer you use, they will also show you how to manage the database of records, run reports, and print large batches of cards.
