AlphaCard ID Suite Professional

The ideal solution for companies and organizations with multiple users, AlphaCard ID Suite Professional ID card software produces professional ID cards and provides an easy-to-operate centralized database management platform.

Along with sophisticated design features such as pre-defined templates, rich text formatting and conditional design elements, the Professional Edition also includes live ODBC/OLE DB connectivity, customizable record screen layouts, user authorization and more.

For easy and accurate photo capture and data entry, AlphaCard ID Suite Professional seamlessly integrates with digital ID cameras, scanners, signature pads, and other external devices to populate record fields.

For ease of use, the software includes six language options: English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, and Portuguese.

System Requirements

AlphaCard ID Suite Professional is compatible with all PVC card printers. AlphaCard ID Suite is not currently supported on Tablets or Surfaces. Please call with questions regarding compatibility with any hardware platforms not mentioned here. System requirements: 32 or 64 bit Windows Operating System (Windows XP, Vista, 7, or 8), Explorer 6 or higher, Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0, dual core processor, 1024 MB of free internal memory, 200 MB of free disk space, and an internet connection for automatic activation and online help files.

Note: AlphaCard ID Suite Professional comes with a single license, and can only be installed on one computer. For organizations that need to use the software on multiple computers (one computer at a time), there is an optional Secure USB Key available. The USB Key allows organizations to move the single license between multiple computers. There are also Business Server Editions available, which allow the software to be installed on an unlimited number of computers and used on five computers concurrently.
