Please ship back your original printer & send the tracking number to email@example.com (see shipping instructions below). For customers within the US, your Pro-Xchange replacement printer will be shipped out as soon as we receive the tracking number for the return of your original printer. For customers outside the US, the Pro-Xchange replacement will be shipped after receipt of the return of your original printer.
You must have an RMA number in order to return your printer. If you don’t have an RMA number yet, please contact tech support at (866) 945-6810.
Please use the original shipping box and packaging to ship your printer. If you no longer have the original materials, you may request a replacement shipping box & foam inserts for an additional fee. Otherwise, you may use a thick walled oversized box, packing the printer such that there is 3 inches or more of cushioning on all sides. Bubble wrap is ideal; DO NOT use Styrofoam packing peanuts. Leave no room for the printer to shift while in transport.
