Thank you for completing your Pro-Xchange authorization.

Please ship back your original printer & send the tracking number to support@alphacard.com (see shipping instructions below). For customers within the US, your Pro-Xchange replacement printer will be shipped out as soon as we receive the tracking number for the return of your original printer. For customers outside the US, the Pro-Xchange replacement will be shipped after receipt of the return of your original printer.

Shipping Instructions:
You must have an RMA number in order to return your printer. If you don’t have an RMA number yet, please contact tech support at (866) 945-6810.
Please use the original shipping box and packaging to ship your printer. If you no longer have the original materials, you may request a replacement shipping box & foam inserts for an additional fee. Otherwise, you may use a thick walled oversized box, packing the printer such that there is 3 inches or more of cushioning on all sides. Bubble wrap is ideal; DO NOT use Styrofoam packing peanuts. Leave no room for the printer to shift while in transport.
