AlphaCard Pro-Xchange

The Pro-Xchange program takes the headache out of resolving warranty-covered issues. Instead of waiting for a printer to be repaired & shipped back, a comparable printer will be sent as a permanent replacement.

Get your Pro-Xchange replacement in 3 easy steps

  1. Call tech support at (866) 945-6810 for an evaluation & conditional approval.
  2. Complete the Pro-Xchange authorization form (below).
  3. Ship your original printer back to AlphaCard & send the tracking number to support@alphacard.com Full shipping instructions

    Please use the original shipping box and packaging to ship your printer. If you no longer have the original materials, you may request a replacement shipping box & foam inserts for an additional fee. Otherwise, you may use a thick walled oversized box, packing the printer such that there is 3 inches or more of cushioning on all sides. Bubble wrap is ideal; DO NOT use Styrofoam packing peanuts. Leave no room for the printer to shift while in transport.

For customers within the US, your Pro-Xchange replacement printer will be shipped out as soon as we receive the tracking number for the return of your original printer. For customers outside the US, the Pro-Xchange replacement will be shipped after receipt of the return of your original printer.

I understand that the Pro-Xchange program only covers AlphaCard PRO series printers that have a warranty-covered defect during the warranty period.

I understand that the Pro-Xchange replacement printer will be a comparable printer in similar condition to my returned printer. I understand that after final approval, the Pro-Xchange printer will become my permanent property, and that the printer I will return to AlphaCard will become their permanent property and will not be returned to me.

I agree to return my original printer to AlphaCard within 30 days and that I am responsible for the costs of shipping & insurance. In the case that my original printer is not received by AlphaCard within 30 days, I authorize AlphaCard to charge my credit card for the cost the Pro-Xchange replacement printer I received.

I understand that if after evaluation my printer is determined by AlphaCard to have non-covered damages that I will be responsible to either pay the cost of the non-covered repairs, or return at my expense the Pro-Xchange replacement printer within 30 days. In this case, if the Pro-Xchange replacement printer is not received by AlphaCard within 30 days, I authorize AlphaCard to charge my credit card for the cost of any non-covered repairs, not to exceed the value of the Pro-Xchange replacement printer I received.
