Order Processing Representative

AlphaCard Systems (www.alphacard.com) is seeking to hire a part-time associate to join our eCommerce & Amazon order processing team. This position will be scheduled for 20-24 hours over 5 days per week. The schedule will be weekday mornings in the office with an option to work up to 6 hours remotely over the weekend.

THIS IS NOT A TELECOMMUTING POSITION AND IS STAFFED IN OUR OFFICE ONSITE IN TUALATIN, Oregon.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the processing of all onlinassigned
• Ensure all daily online priority and early cut-off orders are processedassigned
• Ensure all online orders are assigned to the appropriate account in the system and transfer to assigned Account representative when apassigned
• Input shipment tracking information into web ordeassigned
• Identify and investigate potential fraudulenassigned
• Resolve customer service or ordeassigned
• Communicate with customers as needed for order fassigned
• Process returns for weassigned
• Other duties as assigned

Personal Qualifications

• Very detail-oriented
• Ability to accurately & efficiently process large volumes of order data
• Ability to quickly learn new systems & processes
• Organized, manages time well
• Flexible & adaptable to changing workloads in a fast-paced environment
• Problem solving skills
• Accounting or data entry experience preferred
