Setting Up Database Field Names in Standard

AlphaCard Visitor Pass provides you with an internal database and we have tried our best to provide you with all the column names you could need, but occasionally you may need a new column. AlphaCard Visitor Pass allows you to edit our field names so you can customize the database.

Setting Up Database Field Names

1. To change a field, go to the Configuration tab.
2. Click on the Column Attributes button.
3. Find the column name of the column you would like to edit.
4. Change the field Detail Label to whatever text you would like to see instead.
5. Click Save.
6. Now the field name should reflect the changes you have made.

This tool, combined with the ability to customize the placement of your text boxes (how to customize UI) will allow you to customize your user interface just how you need it.
