How to Print Visitor Badges in Standard

Once your badge is designed, and the visitor information is in your database, you are now ready to begin printing visitor badges.

AlphaCard Visitor Pass has multiple ways to print a badge. Each way is functionally identical. Before beginning, please make sure that the badge preview in the main window is showing the correct badge.

Now that the badge is correct, you can use the home tab in AlphaCard Visitor Pass or the Actions Pane to print.

With both options, once you click the Print Dialogue will open. Select the printer you wish to use, and select print.

AlphaCard Visitor Pass will send the information to the printer, and a badge should now be printing.
