How to Capture a Signature in Standard

When setting up your cards, you may need to capture the visitor’s signature along with their photo. AlphaCard Visitor Pass allows for easy signature integration with supported signature pads.

How to Capture a Signature

1. To capture a signature, first select the Visitor you need.
2. Go to the Signatures Tab.
3. Click on Capture Signature.
4. A box will open on your screen. Prompt the visitor to sign on the signature pad.
5. Once you are done, click OK.
