Fixing Incorrect Badge Template Printing in Secure

If AlphaCard Visitor Pass starts producing cards that are not the design that you want, most likely the default card design has changed.

How to Select the AlphaCard Visitor Pass Default Template

1. To check the template design that is currently selected, look at the preview in the bottom left hand corner of your screen.
2. If this is not the correct design, then you need to load the correct template into the software. To begin, click on the Configuration Tab.
3. Click on Select Badge.
4. A browser Window will open. Browse to the template design file you would like to use and then click Open.
