How to Use the Evacuation Report in Secure

In the event of an emergency where you need to evacuate your facility of all visitors, AlphaCard Visitor Pass includes a built-in Evacuation Report to quickly and easily locate all checked-in visitors.

How to Use the Evacuation Report

1. To locate the evacuation report, go to the Reports button in the lower left hand corner.
2. On this screen you can view the Evacuation Report, print the Evacuation Report, or export the Evacuation Report to a .csv file.
3. Alternately, clicking the Evacuation Report button in the lower right hand corner of the screen will also print the report.
