How to Filter and Check In Visitor Groups in Secure

When checking in large groups or events, it can sometimes be confusing trying to keep track of everyone who is in the group and checked in correctly. AlphaCard Visitor Pass allows you to sort and check-in visitors while only seeing members of a specific group.

Once your groups are created, you can start filtering and checking them in.

1. To filter by your visitor groups, go to the Home tab in the software.
2. Once there, in the filters section, drop down the All Filters menu, and then select the group that you want.
3. Once the group is selected, the Visitor List will only display the visitors who are part of that group.
4. You can select multiple people by either holding down shift and clicking or, if you want to select the entire group, using control + a.
5. Click Check In. The entire group will be checked in, and any special personal information will be displayed one at a time.
