How to Export Database Data in Secure

Since AlphaCard Visitor Pass stores all of the visitor records in an internal SQL database, if you want to use the database records in another application you will need to export the data. This export is limited to a csv file, but will contain the entire text contents of the database. Images will need to be exported separately.

Exporting Database Records

1. Click on the Data Tab.
2. Click on the Export visitors button.
3. Click Select to open the file browse window.
4. Choose the location you wish to save the CSV file. Click Save.
5. The export Window will return. Click Export.
6. If your export was successful, click OK to close the window.
