How To Export an Image in Entry

Since AlphaCard Visitor Pass uses an internal SQL database to store all the photos, if you need to access the photos outside of AlphaCard Visitor Pass you will need to export them. In the Entry edition, this means exporting each image individually.

Exporting a Photo

1. To begin, select the record whose photo you want to export.
2. Go to the Photos tab.
3. Click on Export Photo.
4. Browse to the file path where you want to save the image, name the photo, and then click save.
