How to Resolve the Can’t Find Panel Error on a Rio Pro
If you are getting the Can’t Find Panel error, this is caused by the ribbon sensor being out of calibration.

- Cancel any print jobs going to the printer.
- Power cycle the printer.
- Run a Soak Test calibration.
