How to Resolve a No Film Detected Error on an Enduro

If you have a No Film Detected error with your Magicard Enduro printer, there are several steps you can take to resolve the issue.

No Ribbon Installed with a Enduro

1. Update your printer’s drivers and firmware to the newest versions.
2. Clean your printer. Regularly cleaning the printer will keep out dust and debris, which can damage the print head. Watch the Enduro cleaning video.
3. Ensure the ribbon is set correctly in the printer. See how to load a ribbon.
4. If you have a different ribbon, or try switching them out for the new ones.
