How to Adjust the Print Head Power on a DTC5500LMX
If your Fargo DTC5500LMX printer is having problems printing properly, such as breaking ribbons or printing images too dark or light, you may need to adjust the print head power.
How to Adjust the Print Head Power
- Go to your Devices and Printers folder.
- Right click on the Fargo DTC5500LMX, and choose Printing Preferences.
- Click on the Image Color tab, and then adjust the slider bar for Dye-Sub Intensity (YMC).
- Click Ok to save these changes.
