How to Calibrate Flipper Sensors on a Primacy/PrimacyID

If your Primacy ID card printer is not properly flipping your cards, you will need to calibrate the flipper sensor on your Primacy printer.

To Calibrate Your Flipper Sensor

1. Open the Evolis Print Center, double click on the Primacy printer.
2. Click on Maintenance. Type the command Sa;flip (must be exact). Click Send.
3. The printer will rotate the flipper module and check the sensor. The answer should be OK.

Your card path sensors should now be calibrated and working properly. If you continue to experience problems, or if the test resulted in an answer other than OK, please contact AlphaCard technical support.
