How to Calibrate Card Path Sensors on a Primacy/PrimacyID

If your Primacy ID card printer is not properly recognizing your cards, you will need to calibrate the card path sensors on your Primacy printer.

To Calibrate Your Card Path Sensors

1. Ensure there are cards loaded.
2. Open the Evolis Print Center, double click on the Primacy printer.
3. Click on Maintenance. Type the command Sa;p (must be exact). Click Send.
4. The printer will then feed a card and check the card path sensors. The answer should be OK.

Your card path sensors should now be calibrated and working properly. If you continue to experience problems, or if the test resulted in an answer other than OK, please contact AlphaCard technical support.
