How to Calibrate a Ribbon Sensor on a Badgy200

If your Badgy200 card printer is not properly recognizing your ribbon, either by not recognizing the type of ribbon or acknowledging that a ribbon has been replaced, you will need to calibrate the ribbon sensors on your Badgy200 printer.

Please note, a YMCKO ribbon must be installed to run the calibration.

Calibrate Ribbon Sensor

1. Open the Badgy print Center. Double Click on the Badgy200.
2. Click on the maintenance tab, then Printer commands prompt.
3. Type in the command Sa;c to calibrate the color sensor. Type in the command Sa;r to calibrate the ribbon rotation sensor. Commands must be entered exact.
