How To Resolve Error 24 on a PRO 700

If you get error code 24 on an AlphaCard PRO 700 printer, this is because the mid sensor is being blocked, and about 80% of the time spraying air in the card track under the ribbon sensor before the sticky roller solves the problem. See image below for reference on where to spray air.

It is recommended to also run a Soak Test.
