If your AlphaCard PRO100 is giving you an error that no magnetic data has been provided, you’ll need to restore the printer driver back to factory defaults.

How to Reset Driver to Factory Default

  1. Close down your badging software.
  2. Navigate to Devices and Printers, and right click the AlphaCard printer. Select Printing Preferences, go to the Save tab, and click Restore Factory Defaults.
  3. Reopen your badging software and print a card. If you receive the same error, go to your Printer Settings or Printer Properties within the badging software and go to the Save tab and click Restore Factory Defaults again.

If you continue to experience problems, please contact AlphaCard technical support.
