Alpha Card reveals Magicard Enduro photo ID systems

Portland, OR – Alpha Card Systems, a global leader in secure ID card printing solutions, has assembled two new photo ID systems featuring the versatile Magicard Enduro ID card printer. Alpha Card now offers the Basic Secure Photo ID System and Basic Duplex Photo ID System as affordable, all-in-one solutions for designing, printing, and managing secure, full-color ID cards. These systems are built to handle the needs of employee and student ID card programs, membership and loyalty clubs, security badge programs, and more.

The Magicard Enduro is a compact and reliable ID card printer that offers several unique features which separate it from other printers of its class. For instance, with a simple drop-in upgrade kit, the printer can automatically reprogram itself from single-sided to dual-sided printing. This feature is beneficial to any ID program with the potential to require dual-siding printing at any point down the road. Rather than purchasing an entirely new printer, users can simply order the upgrade kit.

Another unique feature of the Magicard Enduro is its ability to apply a secure HoloKote watermark across the surface of each printed card at no additional cost. The HoloKote system helps to improve durability while protecting cards from tampering and illegal duplication. Four fixed HoloKote patterns (rings, waves, keys, and globes) are selectable from the Enduro printer driver.

Alpha Card's Basic Secure Photo ID System includes the Magicard Enduro ID card printer, Build-A-Badge ID software, a digital camera, 500 blank PVC cards, a printer ribbon, and cleaning kit. The Basic Duplex Duplex Photo ID System features the Alpha Card Duo dual-sided ID card printer, Asure ID Express Software, printing supplies, and a digital camera.
